Wirta/Hoel Kalamojakka

2 or 3 large walleye pike heads... if fishing was slow (buffalo fish heads work too)
....lohta steaks if times are really good.
3 qts water
1 large onion (cut up)
4 potatoes (diced)
1 qt milk
salt & pepper

Put fish heads, potatoes and onion in open medium pan with 3 qts of water, boil until potatoes are done. The fish will be yust right then, add the milk and bring back just to a boil, salt & pepper to taste and serve.
