Lutefisk MojakkaSource: Leftovers
1 lb. lutefisk Salt and pepper to taste (depends on the saltiness of the sausage) Here is a good way to get rid of that leftover lutefisk. The can of peas is added because peas are part of all Finnish cooking. Making soup of the lutefisk mutes the pungency of the lutefisk. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Boil the potatoes for about 20 minutes or until soft. Add the fish, potato sausage and peas. Submitted by Ed Jaakola, Cloquet, MN
